Italian term or phrase: glottoantropologia
This is a subject within a department at La Sapienza university in Rome (its name is dip. studi glottoantropologici e discipline musicali) - anyone know how to translate it? My best guess is 'linguistic anthropology', but I am not at all sure.

Any help gratefully received!

I agree with your guess. It seems to Google out and nothing else makes sense.

Explanation:
The uni department in question specifies that they have sections in "Le sezioni di Antropologia, Linguistica e Filologia, Musicologia", so I would go with that, which covers the philology side as well
