het hangt van de samenstelling af. Ik zou het vertalen met praktijk (dus van één of enkele artsen) of, gezien de context, gewoon alleen met de daar dienstdoende arts:
Ambulatorio pediatrico = (praktijk van) kinderarts, ambulatorio notturno = nachtpraktijk.
Hoeft dus niet een ziekenhuis of kliniek te zijn.
