Dit zijn waardebepalingen waarop een belasting geheven wordt, deze waardebepalingen steunen (denk ik) op
1. De "geschatte opbrengst die een terrein oplevert" +
2. De "kadastraal inkomen (waarde) van de landbouwgrond",
dit laatste onderscheidt zich dus van de bouwgrond (die natuurlijk veel duuder is).
...maar ik durf er mijn hand niet voor in het vuur steken. :-)

agree  Joris Bogaert: Magari sbaglio a vedere nel "reddito agrario" il valore intrinseco del terreno agrario ("valore agrario"), e non il reddito (medio) del profitto agrario...
