Segítségüket előre is köszönöm,

English translation:Miner's/Pitmen's Condition Book (Bond)
Explanation:
Miners' Condition Books.
The condition books provide names of men employed at the Blackett collieries (Northumberland); details of their employment, (hewer, putter or offhandman); a description of the work undertaken; details of earnings and allowances and an indication of whether the employee is a householder. These Condition Books are held by Northumberland Record Office.

Ez a weblap nagyon sok információt nyújt. Máshol is előfordul benne, pl:
1766 Bushblades Colliery
Miners who signed the annual bond at Bushblades Colliery for Mr. George Silvertop
Vagy: 1827 — Keelmen employed by Nathaniel Clayton
All the men listed below signed the agreement by their mark — none could write their names. The agreement they signed on the 19th January 1827 (shown in our Archives Section) was for one year starting 1st January 1827.

After 1809 the annual Bond was usually entered into on/about April 5 when a colliery official read out the rate of pay and the conditions available at the pit to the assembled workers and would-be workers. Those who signed up were given a 'bounty' of 2s. 6d. (12.5 pence) to start work. The first few to sign up were given extra money which was usually enough incentive to cause a stampede among the poverty-stricken workforce to ‘make their mark’.
http://www.east-durham.co.uk/seaham/coalking.htm#Chapter 6, An Essay on Miners’ Lives

payroll registry, payroll ledger

Explanation:

http://web.mac.com/mike.otterson/otterson_family/otterson_jo...
"Left: Page from the original Osage Coal and Mining Company payroll register of January 1889 includes Tom Otterson’s pay for 12 days, totalling $18. "

http://www.portal.state.pa.us/portal/server.pt/community/gen...
"Susquehanna Coal Company

Pay Roll Ledgers,
1901-1916.
(113 boxes)

{series #463m.1} [Holdings]

Arranged chronologically by date of ledger and seperated by individual colliery.

The pay roll ledgers consist of the employees' name and his rate, or how much pay he is owed, along with the number of days that he worked. An amount section adds up the total pay from the rate column. A total deductions section, furthermore, provides the sum that the employees owe back to the company from rent, coal, sundries, shops, and mine supplies. A remarks section gives further information on the employee, if it is filled in. Not all employees owed money back to the company for such things as rent, but all of the amount of pay owed to the employee is given. In a few ledgers, additionally, at the back of the account, expenses for the company are listed. In Scott Colliery, July 1904-April 1906, for example, expenses for cost per yard of airway tunnel are provided. The Cameron and Luke Fidler Collieries are seperated by employees who worked on the outside or the inside of the mine."

"A Guide to the Records of the
Union Consolidated Silver Mining Co.
Collection No. NC87

Scope and Content

The Union Mine was part of the North End Mines of the Comstock Lode; the Union was an 1859 stake of 302' between the Mexican and Sierra Nevada Mines. Later, 270 additional feet were acquired from the North Ophir claim. Work at the mine began in 1860; although the Union had one of the deepest works (at 3350'), it was one of the least profitable of the Comstock; by the late 1870s it was producing no ore. Operational records in this collection include weekly and annual reports of operations (some letters and statements bound in with the reports), letters, cash book, and a payroll register for Aug.-Oct. 1891. The collection is organized into four series: I. Report of operation, 1880-1916. II. Letters, 1874-1888. III. Cash book, 1874-1889. IV. Payroll book, 1891."

USA:

"Clifton Mining District (Utah). Recorder Proof of labor record books...
... Roughly chronological with early records arranged by mine, thereunder chronological.
... Documents in Book P are arranged by mine, and thereunder chronologically by date recorded. Allowance for inconsistency is in order. Documents in Books B-E were recorded chronologically by date filed.
... Proof of Labor Book P microfilmed here is not the original book recorded by the Clifton District recorder, but is a transcription of it. The first section of Book B contains notices of location."
http://www.archives.state.ut.us/research/inventories/24332.h...

http://www.portal.state.pa.us/portal/server.pt/community/gen...

UK:

"Begin your research into coal mining ancestors by locating the village in which they lived and using that information to identify the local collieries in which they may have worked. If employee or worker records have survived, your best bet is generally the local Record Office or Archives Service."
http://genealogy.about.com/od/british_isles/tp/UK-Coal-Minin...

"The (British) Railway Employment Records are one of the largest and earliest archives of civilian trades in the UK. The records reveal fascinating stories about life on the railways from their early, dangerous beginnings to their heyday as a key component of Britain's Victorian infrastructure, and reflect the significance of the railway companies as huge employers in both towns and country. Many families will find railway ancestors here, and the level of detail in these records makes them a valuable online resource for historians and rail enthusiasts alike."
http://globalgenealogy.com/globalgazette/gazrr/gazrr241.htm

"Employee Record Cards ...
...I am currently making a database of miner employee records cards.
...I am hoping to have a full list of employee records from the Lattimer Colliery online..."
http://lattimermassacre.wordpress.com/2011/12/21/employee-re...

"Where did they work?
Please note that there is no database of mining employment available... Are there any employment records for colliery X?"
