Premium Explanation: ... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day 1 hr (2018-12-13 14:46:49 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- When you buy a 'going concern's, a ready business, you may have to pay a 'premium', a considered value of the existing client base, ready suppliers etc., as well as for the 'fixtures and fittings', which have a 'notional value'. Also, if you are buying property in an excellent location, there might be a 'premium' hidden in the value, because of the excellent location. If you are buying the long lease on a property, that, also, carries a premium, which is apart of the agreed value of the lease. I think, 'AEPAS' is mostly used in Cyprus! -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day 5 hrs (2018-12-13 18:24:11 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Typ.:- going concern's=going concern AEPAS=AΕΡΑΣ |
