La frasecita se encuentra en una introducción al Concepto de Derecho. El autor se dispone a definir el derecho a traves de dos elementos, "das der Ordnung und das des Zwanges", y para ello se sirve de una cita de Hegel, a saber, la oración a traducir. Os repito: dabei gilt es Hegels methodologische Anweisung zu beachten " dass die abstrakten Formen sich nicht als für sich bestehend, als unwahre aufweisen".
