hotar Explanation: Cuvântul "Hattert" este "siebenbürgisch-deutsch" şi a fost preluat de saşi din limba maghiară, "hotár". Tot din maghiară provine şi cuvântul "hotar" în limba română. "Hattert" desemnea terenurile comunale ale unui sat (în jurul său) care la rândul lor puteau fi atribuite unor anumite persoane sau puteau fi administrate în comun. Din textul prezentat deduc că delimitarea "Hattert"-ului se făcea cu cioburi şi cărbune (probabil se ardeau cărbunii pentru a crea o fâşie lipsită de vegetaţie ca delimitare clară). Căutarea pe Dex Online (vezi link) confirmă acest termen şi etimologia sa. O altă referinţă "oficială" nu am, doar una "inoficială", anume părinţii mei care sunt saşi şi au crescut la sat :).
