| Reference: Diplomstudium vs. licențiat Reference information: Punctul meu de vedere în câteva cuvinte: a traduce termenii de mai sus astfel, este o soluție la îndemână - dar e corect? Vorbim de două sisteme universitare diferite în acest caz (excluzând Bologna): diferă nr. de ECTS, durata, diploma și, în sfârțit, titlul academic. Un licențiat are titlul Lic., specific României și parțial Elveției. Nu este însă același lucru cu Mag. iur., care reprezintă un studiu tipic austriac, o formă tradițională, echivalent cu pregătirea de Master. Din informațiile mele, un licențiat urmează ulterior și un program de master, dacă dorește. Un Mag.iur. se poate înscrie la studii de doctorat. O scurtă informare de acest gen (în principiu obligatorie, pentru un traducător), diminuează dificultatea traducerii, și mai ales, nu inducem pe nimeni în eroare respectiv nu dez/avantajăm pe nimeni.
