In der Regel erlaubt eine verbindlichere Regelung bei einer Variablen, etwa beim Preis, eine größere Flexibilität bei der anderen Größe, etwa bei der Menge. oppure a pagamento Explanation: ... se le quantità minime concordate non sono rispettate. Una clausola che protrebbe riferirsi ai costi di trasporto oppure alla prestazione di certi servizi. Il senso dovrebbe comunque essere quello di "costi inclusi" verso "a pagamento". Bisognerebbe conoscere meglio il contratto risp. il documento però. |
