Bei der von mittelalterlichen Wohnhäusern zum Teil überbauten ***Substanz*** handelt es sich um die in Opus Quadratum ausgeführte, mit Halbrundnischen, Pilastern und einem dorischen Fries dekorierte Fassade einer großen Substruktionsanlage, die wohl ursprünglich einen repräsentativen, wenn auch heute verlorenen Gebäudekomplex getragen hat.

Di conseguenza lo definirei "***assetto originario***" o "organismo originario". Personalmente userei "***struttura originaria***" solo con riferimento alla parte appunto strutturale, quindi con caratteristiche portanti, non per gli altri elementi.
