I didn't know the term either! As you can see in the following site it is some kind of pallet, that is used to transport something. In this case it must be a kind of pallet with a specific standard, used in Europe.
The Greek, unlike the German, are not that specific in their expressions - so I would suggest to use simply the analog word for pallet (kasoni).
Hundefutter = dog food (skylotrofi)
