Les dictionnaires renvoient à une "alimentation complète", mais l'article d'Agroscope cité ci-dessous tend à définir la "Vollwertkost" comme une alimentation naturelle. Or, c'est dans une alimentation naturelle que le corps trouve les éléments nutritionnels dont il a besoin et, par voie de conséquence, son équilibre. C'est pourquoi je te fais ces trois propositions.
