Glossar: In Remote Management System wird für „abtelefonierbares Einmalentgelt“ der Begriff Mindestentgelt verwendet

I have a large white paper discussing this term, but unfortunately it doesn't shed any light on what "abtelefonierbar" means. I guess I could just go with the glossary term of "minimum charge", but I would ideally like to translate the term more precisely.

Can anyone suggest something better, please?

My suggestion for the English term may not be highly elegant (and perhaps some research on English-language phone card providers etc. will give a better term), but that's essentially what it means. The verb "abtelefonieren" is a combination of "ab"=down and "telefonieren"=phoning, i.e reducing the credit you have in the form of the one-off charge by making phone calls.

prepaid top-up


Explanation:
Different telcos use different terminology, but "top-up" is very common, as is "prepaid", which I believe represents what your (kind of combersome) German term means. Other options include top-up credit, top-up payment or pay-as-you-go.
