Hallo KollegInnen,

bei dem technischen Begriff Netzwerk-Kopplung bin ich mir bei IPTV doch etwas unsicher.

Zutreffen eines der folgenden Kriterien:
Das XXX-interne Monitoring zeigt, dass >15% der aktiven User für >5 Minuten deutlich in ihrer Nutzung beeinträchtigt sind.
oder mindestens einer der „Haupt-Kanäle“ oder mindestens 10 Nicht-Haupt-Kanäle nicht unterbrechungsfrei gestreamt werden können; maßgeblich für die Bestimmung hierfür sind die Streams auf den Test Accounts (s. IPTV-Service-Vertrag)
oder das OPERATOR-interne Monitoring zeigt, dass die BBBB-Schnittstelle für >5 Minuten nicht zur Verfügung steht
oder das OPERATOR-interne Monitoring zeigt, dass die ***Netzwerk-Kopplung*** für >5 Minuten ausgefallen ist

neutral  Krishna Kumar: Maybe the expression "network coupling has failed" also could be used here. 'Netzwerkverbindung' is frequently used for network connection.
