3 +1 | Decision to draw up [a legally binding development plan] |
|
Decision to draw up [a legally binding development plan] Explanation: This apparently refers to Step 1 of the "Bebauungsplanverfahren" (see link 1), i.e. they're actually talking about a "Beschluss, einen Bebauungsplan aufzustellen" (see link 2). The "legally binding" part is because first, the building authorities comes up with a rough draft and then the procedure is opened up to public consultation, after which the final plan is adopted based on the outside input received (though it's probably not necessary to include that in all contexts). Here are a couple of suggestions for your context: Unser Ziel ist es schnellstmöglich einen Aufstellungsbeschluss zu bekommen und dafür die entsprechenden Maßnahmen mit der Stadt anzugehen. Our goal is to obtain a decision to draw up a legally binding [development/land utilization/zoning] plan as quickly as possible... Es muss ein Antrag für einen Aufstellungsbeschluss ausformuliert werden. The motion to adopt a resolution to prepare a (legally binding) [development] plan must be drawn up. Es ist ein größeres Bauprojekt geplant und der Bauherr will von der Stadt einen Aufstellungsbeschluss bekommen. Darin wird grob umschrieben, was und wie gebaut werden soll/darf. ... and the builder wants to obtain a decision from the city to prepare a (legally binding) land use plan outlining the requirements for what [should/may] be built. https://www.berlin.de/ba-spandau/politik-und-verwaltung/aemter/stadtentwicklungsamt/stadtplanung/artikel.335499.php https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bebauungsplan_(Deutschland) |
