German term or phrase: Seine Königliche Hoheit

OK, I figured out that this would be His Royal Highness. Even though Germany has been a republic for ages, there still seem to be a lot of royals around.
This is in an interview, and after every quote, it's either the Prinz or Seine Königliche Hoheit said this or that.
Should it be capitalized? As an American, I don't have much experience with these things, maybe I should be reading more popular magazines :-)
BTW, the topic has nothing to to with royalty as such.

Asker: I thought about this too, but in the article, they arlernate between using Prinz, then Seine Königliche Hoheit. There are a lot of quotes. BTW, would you capitalize the Prince?
