re-NC

English translation: re-curettage after delivery/miscarriage/abortion

Medical - Medical (general) / Gynecology
German term or phrase: re-NC
This is from a German "Überweisungsschein" to gynecology, and under the "Diagnosis" heading is the following:

"V.a. Residuen. Bitte Re-NC"

That is the only context. Could anyone please help with what "NC" might stand for. I was thinking "C" may stand for "curettage"

Thanks!

Explanation:
Unfortunately, I do not know if there is an umbrella term like the German "Nachkürettage". But maybe there is enough context to be more specific?
