I know this has appeared before on PROZ, but the other entries do not seem to be the same context.

This is a text describing an investigation into apps for blind/visually impaired people:

"Es ist beabsichtigt, die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung als Artikel in der Zeitschrift „test“ der Stiftung Warentest und online auf test.de zu veröffentlichen. Die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung sollen womöglich anbietervergleichend dargestellt werden.

Die Untersuchung soll eine Orientierungshilfe für Sehbehinderte und Blinde geben. Sowohl positive Charakteristika der Apps als auch etwaige Probleme sollen *redaktionell* dargestellt werden. Zusätzlich soll auf die in den Betriebssystemen Android und iOS integrierten Bedienungshilfen wie Screenreader eingegangen werden."

I do not think this should be translated as anything to do with editing, e.g. editorial - but am not sure what this DOES refer to.
