Hallo,

zum einen muss ich den Begriff aus Pumpturbinentechnik rein sprachlich übersetzen, zum anderen ist mir auch der technische Zusammenhang hier unklar.

Hintergrund (aus der zielsprachlichen Referenzdatei des Endkunden):
"Investigation of the processes when blowing out and filling a pump turbine

Abstract
Using simulation tests, influences and processes when blowing out and filling a pump turbine were investigated.
This already allowed for initiating the proper measures for designing key sections when creating the prototypes, and for defining the control sequences.
Measurements that were carried out when commissioning the prototypes confirmed the results of the simulation tests, to a great extent, and justified the measures taken."

Füllen
Die Bilder 8 und 9 zeigen Aufzeichnungen der Füllvorgänge in der Anlage für Pumpen- und Turbinendrehrichtung.
Beide Vorgänge sind steuerungstechnisch gleich und laufen wie folgt ab:
1.
Öffnen des Dichtrings am Kugelschieber, schließen Spiralentlastung und Spaltentlastung, öffnen Spiralentlüftung.
Der Druck in der Spirale steigt wie beim Modellversuch schnell auf ***Rohrbahndruck*** an.
2.
Kugelschieber beginnt zu öffnen.
Leistung und Druck zwischen Lauf- und Leitrad steigen während der ersten Füllphase ähnlich wie im Modell an.
3.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen werden die Laufradentlüftung und die Entlastung der Deckelentlastung erst nach Erreichen des Druckes zwischen Lauf- und Leitrad am Ende der ersten Füllphase geöffnet, die zweite Füllphase beginnt.
4.
Der Kugelschieber erreicht die volle Öffnung.
Kurz danach füllt sich das Laufrad bzw. die Maschine vollständig.
Ähnlich wie im Modell steigen Leistung und Druck zwischen Lauf- und Leitrad stark an.
