Ich übersetze gerade einen Auswertungsvertrag (Vertrag zur Verwertung von Nutzungsrechten an einem Kinofilm.)

Der Absatz "Materiallieferung" lautet wie folgt:

"5. MATERIALLIEFERUNG
5.1. Lizenzgeber stellt dem Lizenznehmer leihweise ein Master im Format HDCam, DCP oder Apple ProRes zur Verfügung, bzw. regelt den Zugriff auf entsprechendes Material und ***hinterlegt bei dem entsprechenden Kopierwerk eine Ziehungserlaubnis*** auf den Namen des Lizenznehmers.
5.2. Lizenzgeber stellt Lizenznehmer kostenlos das für die Werbemittelherstellung erforderliche Ausgangsmaterial Diapositive, Standfotos, Pressematerial etc. sowie eine Stab- und Besetzungsliste mit Nennungsverpflichtung zur Verfügung.. Die Bilder müssen rechtefrei sein. Lizenznehmer erhält das Recht, die Bilder in den sogenannten Social Media wie Facebook, Twitter etc. zu verwenden."

Ich habe absolut nichts zu der "Ziehungserlaubnis" im Hinblick auf die Filmbranche gefunden. Kennt sich da jemand aus? Und wie übersetzt man das hinterlegen? Ich bin gerade völlig überfordert, der Abgabetermin steht kurz bevor. Über HIlfe wäre ich sehr dankbar!!
