Y por último (espero), en el mismo texto sobre la prótesis de rodilla, el texto dice:

Mise en place du XXXX et réglage, à l’aide de la molette, de l’angle HKS entre l’axe diaphysaire fémoral et l’axe mécanique.

Lo cual he traducido como: Colocación del XXXX y ajuste, con ayuda de la rueda dentada, del ángulo HKS entre los ejes femorales anatómico (diáfisis) y mecánico.

El problema es que en el dibujo que ilustra la operación de ajuste no hay ninguna flecha señalando (de entre todas las piezas metálicas) cuál es la molette, por tanto no sé si traducirlo como moleta, llave inglesa (no lo parece, desde luego, pero tendría sentido), rueda dentada, palanca, tuerca...
