Если погуглить, то термин "нормореактивный" встречается в специальных источниках. "Нормоосцилляторный" не встречал, но есть "низкоосцилляторный" и "высокоосцилляторный" ритм (http://stgmu.ru/userfiles/depts/obstetrics_gynecology_pe/24_... Думаю, специалисты поймут, о чем речь. :)
