Explanation: Le buzz est une technique marketing consistant, comme son nom l'indique, à faire du bruit autour d'un nouveau produit ou d'une offre. C'est une sorte de publicité sauvage qui passe par le consommateur et le fait devenir vecteur du message. Le schéma de diffusion est donc le bouche-à-oreille (voir rumeur) ; on parle également de marketing viral.
