Conformément aux dispositions de l'article xxx et au terme de la durée du Contrat, le transfert de propriété de tous les ouvrages permettant la poursuite des activités, se fera au profit de l'Etat, sans charge pour ce dernier.

Au moment du transfert, les ouvrages à transférer par le Contractant devront être opérationnels et en bon état de fonctionnement.

Pour tout ouvrage dont l’Etat ne désire pas le transfert de propriété, le Contractant devra assurer la prise en charge de tous les coûts d'abandon et/ou de restauration du site prévus par le Contrat.

Jako "obiekt" tlumacze "site", wiec brakuje mi określenia na ouvrage. Poza tym w tekscie oddzielnie wystepuje pojecie "installation", a nie wiem do konca do czego sie to "ouvrage" odnosi. Budowle inżynieryjne? Ale czy mozna mowic o ich opuszczeniu i rekultywacji?
