Nous préparons un plat typique du Népal. Comme dans une vraie cuisine népalaise. (il dit vraiment « nous » ? pas « j e » ?)

NAKAMURA : Oui, si tu veux bien.

Corentin : ok ! ah ok ! je fais tout pareil ! Ça fait longtemps que vous avez ce couteau ?

NAKAMURA : Celui-là, ça fait 20 ans environ. Celui-là, je l'ai acheté cette année. Et lui il a 15 ans. Au début ils étaient semblables

Corentin : Il en a coupé des patates !

NAKAMURA Oui, plus on l'utilise, plus la lame s'use. Donc avec ça on l'aiguise.

Corentin : Ah ouais ! OK, moi, j'ai un couteau suisse mais j'y fais pas vraiment attention. Je l'aiguise jamais, du coup il coupe pas très bien et au bout d'un moment il se corrode et du coup on peut plus bien ouvrir les lames. ET ça dure que 2 ans...

NAKAMURA : Ta lame ne coupe déjà plus ? Elle est bien usée. On va prendre une lame plus abrasive.

Corentin : Ah c’est l’autre ok ! Ah on part de tellement bas qu'on prend un grain plus fort.

NAKAMURA : Regarde, je vais commencer.

Corentin : Je pense que plus je m'occuperais de mon couteau, plus je passerais de temps à l'aiguiser et à l'entretenir, plus il sera précieux à mes yeux et plus longtemps il durera.
