Ho visto il KudoZ precedente a riguardo ma allora si trattava di un'espressione figurata, mentre qui è in senso letterale! Avevo pensato a "incurvare/inarcare" la schiena, ma subito dopo si usa "creuser"...

la tua soluzione mi sembra corretta... contrapposto a schiena 'rientrante'/'affossata (dos creux)... quindi cifosi contrapposta a lordosi... per come la vedo io
