mir ist die Bedeutung von "immiscé" im folgenden Abschnitt nicht ganz klar. Der Geschäftsführer muss sich doch in die Geschäftsführung des Unternehmens einmischen. Bezieht sich das Wort auf den mittleren Satz mit der Haftungsklage? Also, wenn die Gesellschafter gegen die Geschäftsführung geklagt haben, müssen Sie bei Insolvenz haften? Danke im Voraus!
