Military Quartermaster /US: Officer/ cum-Purser Explanation: I think Quartermaster is a fair fit whilst 'Purser' - cf. a UK private school bursar - could be included in the equation, Commissiare de la Marine > Naval Supply Officer> Harrap's FRE/ENG RAF > QuarterMaster & Purser No sweat about the lack of points - is likely to stop needless squabblinh anyway.
