French term or phrase: par acte
I'm translating a contract between the sponsor of a clinical trial and a public medical institution. The contract concerns the provision of screening tests (genetic tests for the patients involved in the study) by the medical institution for the sponsor.

In the article of the contract concerning compensation for the services provided, there is the following phrase in which I'm unsure about the translation of "par acte":

En contrepartie de la bonne réalisation des Prestations, XXX versera à l’YYY un financement d'un montant hors taxes de 189,00 € par acte plus 8% de frais de gestion

I assume here that "par acte" means "per test carried out". In which case, would you translate it like this or use another term. I think the legal style of the term "par acte" may be confusing me.

neutral  SafeTex: Agree in general but not here where it does indeed refer to "blood test". Overgeneralisation here just makes it translation incompréhensible
