bacteriological tests that ultimately...identified Explanation: "à terme" often translates as ultimately, in the end, etc. I.e. on day 1 or on day 3 this might not be the case, but in the end it will be the case. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2021-02-02 21:34:30 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I think there's a missing comma after "bactériologiques", either left out here, or left out by the author.
