disagree  Nikki Scott-Despaigne: "Support graphique" covers hard copy and soft copy, in standard book format (hard copy) and for an e-reader (soft copy) for example.

disagree  rkillings: 'graphique' does mean *printable* (reproducible on paper) but not necessarily printed (hard copy).
