Je propose "within ..." car c'est une formulation assez courante dans le cadre des incertitudes de mesures.

agree  Tony M: Yes, definitely for 'within'; though I do think it is probably 'précision' rather than 'incertitude'; possibly 'tolerances'? As you say, quite differet concepts!
