L’analyse a donc été effectuée en rehaussant ce pourcentage pour atteindre la quasi-totalité

almost all of (it)
Explanation:
Should we consider the sentence closing position of the french compound noun ''quasi-totalité'' in the context of the current sentence, I would say there is a difficulty to deal with it due to the fact that it ends the sentence.

The sentence building just avoids the use of a second use of ''pourcentage'' after ''quasi-totalité''.
It could have been easier to translate ''la quasi-totalité de ce pourcentage'' which means ''almost 100%''.
Hence, avoiding the use of ''percentage'' another time in the same sentence, ''almost all of it'' is the best formulae.
