certificat de toise

French to English Bus/Financial Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs administrative document
I'm looking for the English for "Certificat de toise". It is an administrative document certifying that someone's height was measured and determines how tall the person is. It is mostly seen in jobs where a standard height is required. The country is Gabon, French-speaking, and this certificate is demanded to security officers to prove they are as tall as the required height.

Certificate of Height Un certificat de toise régulièrement timbré
A duly stamped Certificate of Height

The point is the content of a 'certificate de toise'
mchd Jun 7, 2020:
@ philgoddard Une toise fait partie des appareils utilisés dans un cabinet médical. De façon plus anecdotique, on la trouve également dans les chambres d'enfants qui se plaisent à noter leur croissance !

height certificate

agree AllegroTrans : could it be any simpler? "Certificate of height" would sound more official

3 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "I encountered this expression while doing research, and I found out that height certificate is more related to a qualification for working at heights, such as scaffolds, ladders, etc. Workers therefore follow a height training to be issued a height certificate. height requirement certificate

Presumably, the certificate would only be issued to those who meet the requirement, rather than all candidates measured.
Conversely, I doubt there would a certificate issued that states, "Too short for requirements -> Failed."
Peer comment(s):

agree AllegroTrans : this works; To Francois - asker has clearly said this relates to a height requirement for security officers

neutral Francois Boye : The attached Certifat de Toise does not connote the requirement in your translate

height measurement certificate

The attached certificate attests that Mr. so and so's height has been measured using a measuring length (toise)

The secong attachment proves that 'toise' is a measuring unit'

The title in French is not 'Certificat de taille', but 'Certificat de toise'. That certificat certifies that the measurement length 'toise' has measured the height of a person
Peer comment(s):

agree mchd : la finalité est identique, mais le certificat précise bien que la personne a été mesurée, la notion doit être importante si le certificat est ainsi rédigé

Thanks!
neutral philgoddard : "Using a toise" doesn't make sense. It's like saying "using a metre" or "using a foot".

It is not a 'Certificat de taille'
neutral AllegroTrans : adding "measurement" is superfluous
