In all fairness, you were in first, after about half an hour it looks like. No confirmation from the end client but this has to be the answer -- nobody wants horse in their shepherd's pie any more!

agree  philgoddard: It doesn't actually say "random", and I think you have to include "statistical".

  -> Thanks. I used "random" to replace "statistical" since I think "random sampling" reads better than "statistical sampling" here
