French term or phrase: flamands chiliens
From a text about Peru which has been translated into English, which I am trying to translate into Dutch... Context: 'Les oiseaux et la vie aquatique y sont abondants, avec des colonies de lions de mer, de pingouins de Humboldt, de flamands chiliens... (etc.)'

In English, 'flamands chiliens' has been translated as 'Chilean Flemish' which I am quite sure is not right! Does anyone know what animals (probably birds) these are and what their name is in Dutch?
