Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / General Terms and Conditions
Flemish term or phrase: daden van gerechtelijke uitvoering

in French “actes d'exécution judiciaire” (http://www.proz.com/kudoz/dutch_to_french/law_patents/121872... )

however "acts of judicial execution" in English doesn’t sound nor seem to be right. Any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

(if) legal action (is taken against the client)

Explanation:
Asker's context:

=
(if) legal action (is taken against the client)

to better fit Asker's src, sth like the following would be preferable:

if legal action has been taken against the client
resulting from legal action having been taken against the client
as a result of legal action having been taken against the client

etc.

It seems I was mistaken (see Kirsten's comment in the D.box), but I'll leave my answer up for information purposes.
