Flemish term or phrase: in de schik
Not absolutely sure this is a Flemish expression, but can't track it down. Mentioned in a list of ingredients that can supplement a salad to make it a meal.

... bruin brood, frieten, aardappelen in de schik uit de oven, gebakken aardappelblokjes, gekookte rijst....

Logic dictates that this is just oven-baked jacket potatoes, but can anyone confirm this?

Without more ado, points to you. Can't believe I didn't spot that, especially as the text is littered with spelling mistakes! Jacket potatoes are usually cooked in the oven in the UK (not the same as boiling potatoes in their skins as jacket potatoes are very large) so must be an international influence! Thanks.
