Finnish term

fol

Finnish to English Medical Medical: Health Care
mg tabletti läpipainopakkaus 1 x 30 fol
Abbreviation, which ought to be easy, but I just can't nail it. Some sort of unit of measure, but what is the expansion?

sheet

My understanding is that it's abbreviated from Latin folium, (lehti in Finnish) meaning sheet. Here are some Latin abbreviations used in prescriptions: https://www.terve.fi/artikkelit/reseptilatinaa
It's a statutory requirement for pharmacies to use it (see e.g. https://www.fimea.fi/documents/160140/764653/20644_Maarays_l...
In practice it means there are 30 tablets in a blister packaging.

Thanks, Spencer!
agree Unni Tengvall-Unadike : Yes this is it, I'm a licensed pharmacist in Finland and it always says "fol" in the packaging info if it is blister packaging, otherwise the packaging is in a bottle.

folio

Judging by your context, "fol" here seems to stand for "folio", i.e. the metallic film (foil) around a tablet.
