If you look up the term هبه کننده (donor) in Wiktionary, you will get this site:

It says:
در حال ویرایش هبه کننده

As we know, ویرایش = editing; it's the use of حال that I'm not sure about.

Also, I'd be grateful if you could indicate kasres so I can understand the context myself fully.
