One possible rewrite in more plausible English would be as follows:

“We are proud of the reputation that our technician panel has for reliability.”

“For” is awkward here (rather than the wording I have suggested above). “From our” is also strange for “of our.” Finally, as a relatively minor point, the whole idea of “value our reputation...for,” even if the wording were cleaned up, does not really sound right to me (I think that “we are proud of” would work better).

I would be willing to bet that the person who drafted this text is not a native English speaker.
