English term or phrase: Papers in
This is the title of the book: Papers in English Language Education for Sustainable Development in X Country.
I'm really wondering about the appropriateness of the word "papers". Does it sound correct to you as a native speaker? Or does it make sense? What would you suggest as an alternative to "papers"? Please, feel free to edit/modify the title. I also doubt the use of the preposition "in". About as an alternative sounds better/correct to me.

I think "in" here means "in the topic of".

Maybe the "book" is a collection of those "papers/written articles".

I have no problems with the use of "papers" as it is defined in the dictionary above.
As to "in", I would change it to "in the topic of", for ease of understanding.

disagree  Yvonne Gallagher: "Articles" are in newspapers/magazines not in academia. This is no improvement and the original is fine. Also, it would be "ON the topic of" NOT "in" or "about" but anyway that would be an awkward construction
