I think there's also a case to be considered
against marking it. It depends on the target readership. This word is not very new and is fairly well established; it's in the Oxford online dictionary. "Glocalization" has been around since the late 80s and has an entry in the Encyclopedia Britannica, as well as in Wikipedia (inevitably).
