Hi.

From a document issued in Pakistan entitled “Cleriance certificate”, which reads:

“This is to certified [sic] that Mr. xxx, son of xxx, resident of xxx, is personally known to me and bears a good moral character, etc.”

I think it’s a misspelling of “clearance” but I’m not sure. Or could it be something else?
