English term or phrase: summary possession
Definition:
"Summary possession is a legal term that means eviction. It typically occurs in rental situations in which a landlord wants to have a tenant physically removed from his property. In most cases of summary possession, a landlord works to have a tenant removed from the property he owns. Often, a tenant is given a court date to defend against a summary possession notice."

I can't find a translation that satisfies me. I thought of "posesión inmediata," but I'm not happy with it. I know that basically, it's "desalojo," but that doesn't seem to quite fit the bill.

Any suggestions?

(AmE) summary possession
(ESP) juicio posesorio > especial y sumario > de recuperación (de vivienda)

Explanation:
Doesn't strike me - from the UK - as a non-American or non-Canadian turn of phrase.

Example sentence(s):
