As I said, name spelling is a bit of a free for all, and of course it is YOUR name, and you can spell it as you wish. From the "correct" Spanish point of view, there should be no "h", but personal usage must come first, plus fashion, not to mention the fact that there is indeed an argument in favour of preserving that Greek "Th" ... (I'm also reminded of the massive trouble that a friend had to go to twenty or so years ago to name his daughter "Helena" rather than "Elena" in the days before things eased up and you could give pretty much any name you wanted. In the end he blinded the stubborn funcionario with so many books on classical history and mythology that he won!) |
