Tengo una duda con el siguiente texto:

Traducción:
III-Para efectos de la presente política “Fraude” se define como:

• Una distorsión intencionada de la verdad u ocultación de un hecho relevante para inducir otro a fin de actuar en su detrimento; o
• Incluye todo acto en que se obtiene una ventaja indebida o se incurre en una pérdida para ABC

Creo que "una pérdida para..." no suena muy bien.

Instead of "incurrir en", consider "contraer (una pérdida)", "sufrir (un perjuicio)".

Y es "el "Fraude" se define como...", con el artículo.
