No sé en qué consiste el ejercicio de ahí mi bajo nivel de confianza, pero dado que la caricatura recoge la negativa del Tío Sam de tomar la poción para adelgazar, creo que se entenderá mejor con una traducción sencilla.

Me gusta más porque tiene un toque de sorna y encaja muy bien con el sentido y la acción de la caricatura.
