Ukoliko se prilikom provere robe ispostavi da su dati podaci od strane trgovca netačni na štetu prevoznika, trgovac će morati da doplati prevozniku za ispravnu tarifu, a već plaćena tarifa od strane trgovca će biti proknjižena u njegovu korist, tj. za tu sumu će nova naplata biti umanjena.
