neutral  Vladimir Lioukaikine (X): Per aspera ad astra. Раньше принадлежала латинянам, сейчас - компании Philip Morris, написано на пачке Pall Mall. По смыслу похоже, но мне кажется лучше перевести as is. Тем более что идиомы такой в английском нет,AFAIK. Хотя от контекста зависит, конечно
